Once considered a common agricultural weed, the bright blue cornflower is now welcomed in our gardens as an incredibly beautiful summer flower. It brightens natural and cottage gardens with it's magnificent flowers, and insect love it's precious nectar and pollen.

THESE SEEDS ARE PAST THEIR 'BEST BEFORE DATES' WHICH MEANS THAT THE SEED VIABILITY (OR GERMINATION RATE) IS LOWER THAN NORMAL. FOR EXAMPLE,  IF 8 OUT OF 10 SEEDS ARE EXPECTED TO GERMINATE, IT MAY BE THAT ONLY 4 SEEDS WILL GERMINATE. THIS IS THE REASON FOR THE REDUCED PRICE.
