A rare and hard to find variety – different to anything you’ve ever tasted. It’s got a deliciously moreish texture, that’s hard to put into words until you taste. Much less sweet than sweet corn (for those who don’t enjoy the overly sugary-taste); a little savory and very satisfying. a fantastic fresh eating corn and an absolutely wonderful substitute to potato.
