Watering needs
Require regular and frequent watering, especially during a hot day.
Water thoroughly when the soil surface becomes dry.
Grow best in well-drained, fertile soil.
Prefer slightly acidic soil with a pH range between 6.5-7.5
Feed with all-purpose organic fertilizer at least once a month to provide essential nutrients for healthy plant growth. It is also recommended to apply fertilizer after harvesting to rejuvenate the plant.
Disease and pest resistance
No serious pest or disease issues. Keep an eye out for slugs, snails, and powdery mildew.
Pruning requirements:
Deadhead (or remove) withered flowers after flowering.
Trim the dried, overgrown, yellowish leaves and branches by using a pair of secateurs at least once a month.
