Potted Lemongrass

Evocative of warmer climates, Lemongrass’ unique aroma and taste add flavour to all kinds of dishes. Slice it finely into soups or a stir-fry, bruise gently and drop into curries, or mince into a paste. Use Lemongrass to infuse coconut milk for curries or desserts, and steep in hot water for a refreshing tea.
