Coriander Mature

The fresh citrus taste of coriander adds an unmistakable flavour to curries, salads, salsas, chutneys and dressings. The stems are great for infusing soups and curry pastes for chicken, fish, meat, and vegetables. Coriander is known for cooling hot and spicy foods – add it at the end of cooking, or as a garnish, to retain all its fresh flavour.
