Variegated Oregano is a low growing herb with a mounding habit. It is a small plant, reaching about 40-45cm high and approximately 20-25cm wide. The creamy white flowers are small and insignificant but are bee and butterfly attractants.Variegated oregano has a milder flavour than other varieties, but is still a very welcome and flavoursome kitchen herb. The leaves are tender and delicate, so they are also useful for salads and vegetable dishes or salsas.
